Makoto Hanaoka, un élève de deuxième année au look féminin, attire facilement l’attention de ceux qui l’entourent. Saki Aoi, une adolescente dynamique de première année, tombe éperdument amoureuse de Makoto dès leur première rencontre. Pleine d’entrain, elle n’hésite pas à lui avouer ses sentiments. Cependant, Makoto n’est pas une fille, mais un garçon qui aime s’habiller en fille ! Après avoir révélé ce secret à Saki, cette dernière est encore plus fascinée. Malgré son rejet, Saki ne perd pas espoir et déclare vouloir devenir son premier amour. Entre Saki et son ami d’enfance qui est très protecteur, le monde de Makoto s’illumine, lui donnant la force de naviguer entre ses intérêts personnels et les attentes sociétales.
