Synopsis de l’anime Train to the End of the World :

Dans une ville de banlieue particulière, loin d’être une simple bourgade campagnarde, un phénomène étrange affecte la vie des résidents.

Parmi eux, Shizuru Chikura porte un espoir ardent : revoir ses amis disparus. Avec un courage inébranlable, Shizuru et ses compagnons décident de s’aventurer dans le monde extérieur.

Elles montent à bord d’un train abandonné et immobile, ignorant s’ils reviendront un jour en vie. Alors que le train du jugement dernier s’ébranle lentement, quels mystères et quels dangers attendent ces amis intrépides à la dernière station de leur voyage imprévisible ?
