Déterminé à vivre uniquement pour lui-même et à être un tyran impitoyable, il espère écraser les faibles et profiter du pouvoir. Cependant, malgré ses efforts pour être cruel, ses actions conduisent accidentellement à la paix et à la prospérité, rendant son règne étonnamment populaire.

À chaque décision qu’il prend pour son propre gain, il finit par améliorer la vie de son peuple, à son grand désarroi.
