L’anime The World Ends with You The Animation (Subarashiki Kono Sekai) se montre avec sa troisième bande annonce !

La série animée The World Ends with You The Animation (12 épisodes) débute le 9 Avril 2021 au Japon. L’histoire reprend celle du jeu mais avec quelques changements pour l’adapter dans son nouveau support.

Synopsis – The World Ends with You The Animation :

Neku est un adolescent particulièrement talentueux dans l’art des graffitis. Il reçoit un beau jour un message sur son téléphone : s’il ne parvient pas à venir à bout d’une série d’épreuves insensées, il disparaîtra dans 7 jours.

Une mystérieuse fille du nom de Shiki rejoint Neku en lui conférant un pouvoir. Ensemble, ils entreprennent un voyage à travers l’inconnu pour découvrir la vérité sur ce qui lui arrive et détruire l’organisation obscure des Reapers.

Le jeu The World Ends with You de Square Enix est sorti sur Nintendo DS en 2008 en France. Une version améliorée, The World Ends With You – Final Remix est sorti en 2018 sur Nintendo Switch en France.

Et un nouveau jeu NEO: The World Ends with You est prévu pour l’Eté 2021 sur PS4 et Switch en France (Europe).
