Une mystérieuse fille du nom de Shiki rejoint Neku en lui conférant un pouvoir. Ensemble, ils entreprennent un voyage à travers l’inconnu pour découvrir la vérité sur ce qui lui arrive et détruire l’organisation obscure des Reapers. Une version améliorée, The World Ends With You – Final Remix est sorti en 2018 sur Nintendo Switch en France.
